We are avid travelers and have had the pleasure of visiting many places all over the world, most of which involved tours of the area. Our Tesla tour to Akaroa with NZ Tours and Travel was by far the best tour experience we have ever had. From start to finish, it exceeded all our expectations. Andrew was personable and knowledgeable and a delight to spend the day with…more like spending the day with a friend rather than a tour guide. The Giant’s House was absolutely magical, a true gem, in my opinion. We even got to meet and talk to the artist responsible for the magnificent gardens and mosaic work, as our guide knew her well. Not only do we highly recommend this tour company, but they are a must to truly appreciate this spectacular corner of the world Thanks again to Andrew for an absolutely perfect day trip to Akaroa!
We were fortunate to have had Andrew’s Tesla Tour of Christchurch recommended to us on a recent cruise of New Zealand. Andrew proved to be a warm and friendly host who is passionate about his hometown in beautiful New Zealand. He took us to the most scenic spots Christchurch offers and to places of historic and cultural significance stopping and allowing us adequate time at each. We were shown the main attractions of the city itself and numerous features of interest pointed out and explained to us. Our comfort was assured in a quiet Tesla and Andrew’s professionalism in every aspect made this excursion with him one we will never forget.
We cannot thank you enough for providing a fantastic tour of Christchurch and the surrounding area. Everything was perfect from the clear communication, to the luxurious Tesla transportation, to the well-planned itinerary, to your lunch recommendation. Your passion for Christchurch was infectious, and we learned so much about the history and rebirth that the city has endured. Our day touring Christchurch with you was one of the highlights of our three weeks in New Zealand. We regret that our visit was so short as we would have loved to stay longer.

We were picked up on time and ready to go. Bruce was our tour guide. He was intimately familiar with the area and provided wonderful insight and customized the experience for us. Snacks and water included! We never felt rushed and were returned right on time.

Chris was a great guide! He was incredibly informative and personable and showed us everything there is to see in Christchurch and more. The tour was perfectly paced. We had time on our own for lunch in the Riverside Market, and got a real feel for the city. I highly recommend Chris and this tour.

What an amazing tour made even better by Andrew, our awesome tour guide! My family thoroughly enjoyed out time with Andrew visiting his wonderful hometown. We hope to revisit New Zealand again in the near future and will definitely use New Zealand Tours and Travel...of course Andrew would have to promise to be our guide once again!!
